The company was using a bespoke, offline delegate registration system with manual data-entry steps, limited attendee tracking, and time-consuming transfers to back-end applications, so it turned to Eventsforce for a more efficient event management solution.

Eventsforce implemented a web-based event management system that automated delegate registrations, online payments through Worldpay, and attendance reporting, while also integrating with Salesforce CRM for two-way data flow.
