Haymarket Media Group’s Haymarket Events team manages more than 120 events a year and over 10,000 payment-related transactions, so tracking invoices and payments was critical. However, its existing process with Eventsforce and the finance system was one-way and delayed, leaving the team without real-time visibility into invoices issued or payments received and creating unnecessary chasing of finance updates.
Eventsforce integrated Haymarket’s event management system with Agresso so payment and registration data flows automatically, invoices are generated directly from Eventsforce, and unpaid invoices can be tracked and chased in real time. This gave Haymarket better cash-flow visibility, reduced administrative work, and helped events begin with very few outstanding payments, improving both finance and customer service efficiency.
