Allianz Insurance plc, one of the UK’s largest general insurers, needed a better way to manage hundreds of events because its old delegate registration system was time-consuming, hard to use, and limited in branding, website creation, and reporting. The company turned to Eventsforce for an event registration and website solution that could streamline event marketing and attendee registration.
Eventsforce implemented its CMS, branded event website templates, and improved invitation and data management tools to centralize delegate information and simplify event setup. As a result, Allianz saved 525 hours creating new event websites since 2012, reduced errors and duplicate records, and gained better reporting on attendance, delegate history, and event success.
