The Riviera Tennis Club, one of the oldest and largest tennis clubs in the Western United States, needed a better way to manage sign-ups for more than 60 clinics and special events each month. Their previous registration system caused frustration with poor waitlist handling, limited reporting, advertising during sign-up, and difficulty managing registration cut-off times and walk-on players. With Eventene, Riviera Tennis Club gained a dedicated event website, mobile app sign-up, automated and manual waitlist management, customizable reporting tied to member IDs, and court assignment features for clinics and special events. The club has used Eventene since 2018 and says it has saved staff hundreds of hours, including 20+ hours per month for the Director of Tennis, while improving the member experience and making event registration and attendance tracking much easier.
