The Archer School for Girls’ Archer Dads group organizes an annual father-daughter ski trip to Mammoth Mountain with more than 150 attendees, making roll calls, schedules, and communication difficult to manage across multiple buses and activities. To streamline the event, they turned to Eventene and its mobile app and check-in tools.

Eventene helped the organizers manage attendee check-ins at multiple points during the trip, share schedules and trip details, and provide a directory and contact information through the mobile app. The solution saved organizers many hours of time and effort, enabled multiple bus roll calls to be handled simultaneously, and supported real-time emergency check-ins during an avalanche-related incident.
