How Unrig Summit Reforms American Democracy — One Registration at a Time

RepresentUs, the organization behind the Unrig Summit, needed a simple way to manage a growing, highly complex conference with a very small staff. As attendance and programming demands increased, it also wanted a trusted ticketing partner and a mobile event app to support a paperless experience. Eventbrite helped RepresentUs meet those needs with its branded ticketing platform and event tools.

Using Eventbrite, RepresentUs was able to separate summit branding from its parent organization, sell flexible ticket types, and offer a mobile app with real-time updates. The results were strong: the 2019 summit drew 1,830 attendees, 71% downloaded the Eventbrite app, and the event later grew to over 2,000 attendees from all 50 states. RepresentUs said Eventbrite streamlined ticketing, refunds, and support, freeing the team to focus on the event itself.
