The Barbershop Harmony Society, a long-running nonprofit dedicated to preserving barbershop music, needed a better way to understand and grow attendance at its International Convention and Harmony University events. With many group registrations leaving attendees anonymous, the organization lacked the data needed to measure engagement, improve offerings, and reach new participants.
Eventbrite provided the registration platform and event tools the Society needed to capture attendee data, streamline adoption for staff, and support promotion through features like Facebook integration. As a result, Barbershop Harmony Society gained visibility into who was attending, including data from local chapters, with 55 of 750 chapters already using Eventbrite. The improved insight and marketing reach have helped the organization make smarter decisions and expand its audience more effectively.
