How Eventbrite Is Helping Bar Crawl Unlimited Bring Margaritas to the Masses

Bar Crawl Unlimited, founded by Adam Dobres in 2019, grew quickly by putting a Margarita Crawl twist on the traditional bar crawl and expanding into smaller U.S. cities. But managing ticketing for multiple weekend events and hundreds of attendees became overwhelming without the right technology, especially when relying on manual receipts and emails.

Eventbrite provided the ticketing platform, automated attendee communications, Facebook ticket sales integration, and chargeback management for Bar Crawl Unlimited. With Eventbrite, about half of ticket sales now come through Facebook, staff save time on reminders and support, and the company has sold approximately 10,000 tickets since May while scaling toward 300 cities.
