Dance 411, the Atlanta-based “Studio of the Stars,” needed a flexible way to manage thousands of weekly students, hundreds of drop-in classes, and large recitals without long lines or a cumbersome registration process. They partnered with Eventbrite to make classes easier to find online, simplify sign-ups, and improve the overall check-in experience for students and guests.

With Eventbrite, Dance 411 moved registration, waivers, and payment online so students could check in at the door in seconds, reducing front-desk bottlenecks and staff workload. Eventbrite’s Reserved Seating also helped the studio manage recitals for 200–600 attendees with custom floor plans, tiered pricing, and VIP seating, improving the guest experience and increasing revenue.
