DeMolay International, a nonprofit organization, needed an affordable online registration platform that could support a detailed, dynamic, and customizable form for its events. Using Eventbee’s online registration and event ticketing solution, they wanted to ask attendees different questions based on ticket selections, while also keeping the process simple and user friendly.
Eventbee provided custom event pages, ticket-level questions, and a custom registration form so DeMolay International could handle event registration, hotel room reservations, meal payments, and related attendee questions in one place. Eventbee also allowed them to use their existing Authorize.net merchant account, while supporting PayPal, Braintree, and Stripe as well, and offered a 25% nonprofit discount through its “Eventbee for Common Good” program. The result was a flexible, efficient, and lower-cost registration process backed by strong customer support.
