IBM Embraces a Single App for its Global Events, Regional Conferences and Smaller Events Worldwide

IBM Belgium, as part of IBM’s global events strategy, faced the challenge of better connecting the physical and digital experience for attendees across large conferences and smaller regional events. To improve the attendee journey and make event information easier to access and navigate, IBM partnered with Eventbase and its Enterprise Event App Platform.

Eventbase implemented a single enterprise event app hosted on IBM SoftLayer, allowing users to access multiple IBM events from one download. The solution supported IBM’s largest and most complex conferences while also enabling self-service for smaller events, helping IBM unify its event ecosystem and streamline access to premier and regional conferences worldwide.
