Vitos GmbH, a major provider of mental health services in Hesse, faced a significant challenge with patient surveys. The solution from evasys involved implementing a continuous, paper-based survey process across their clinics. Patients receive a questionnaire before discharge, which is then scanned at each location for immediate analysis. This allowed Vitos to drastically reduce analysis time and access prompt results, enabling clinics to observe trends and react quickly. The success of evasys facilitated internal benchmarking and led to its expansion into additional Vitos clinics and outpatient facilities.
