Wake Forest Baptist Health, an integrated healthcare system in North Carolina, faced rising competition and diminishing returns from traditional mass-marketing tactics. Needing a more targeted, measurable approach without increasing budget, the center chose Evariant and its Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) platform to track digital consumer behavior, provide closed‑loop reporting, and help sell digital marketing to physicians and administration.
Evariant deployed the CRM, coached Wake Forest Baptist Health on digital strategy and execution (SEO, PPC, display and social), and helped design a targeted orthopedics pilot (300+ search terms, 10 Facebook ads, download/appointment CTAs and nurture emails). The campaign produced measurable gains — leads rose from 45 to 172 in June and reached 686 unique leads in five months — improved appointment/surgery conversion, demonstrated ROMI, and prompted administration to reallocate more budget to digital campaigns thanks to Evariant’s reporting and strategic guidance.
