A EVAM Case Study
Kapital Bank, one of Azerbaijan’s largest banks, wanted to create more personalized customer journeys and segment-oriented campaigns to better track customer behavior and increase revenue. To do this, the bank selected EVAM and its customer journey orchestration platform after a short proof of concept, aiming to connect existing systems and act on customer data in real time.
With EVAM, Kapital Bank connected multiple databases and processed more than 2 million customer events per day, enabling business users to build and adjust over 60 scenarios across multiple channels without IT support. The results included a 10% increase in credit card activation, a 12% increase in cash advance usage, higher net promoter score, and significantly stronger campaign response rates, with EVAM helping the bank improve real-time engagement and message timing.
