How TAF doubled its entries and professionalized its association awards management with Evalato

Trade Association Forum (TAF), the UK “association of associations,” needed a better way to manage its annual awards program. Before using Evalato, submissions were collected by email, which created heavy coordination work, made it difficult to collate and prepare entries for judges, and consumed a lot of staff time.

TAF implemented Evalato’s awards management software to streamline submissions, approvals, inbuilt payments, and online judging. With Evalato, TAF made the process much smoother for entrants and judges, professionally upgraded the awards, and increased entries by nearly 100%, reaching about 250 submissions while also improving fee collection and overall efficiency.
