Syntax, an IT service and managed cloud provider, faced the challenge of starting its lead management and marketing automation processes from scratch. The company had acquired the Evalanche marketing automation platform but had not yet utilized it, lacking both the operational knowledge and the necessary clean data to begin effective campaigns.
With the support of e-raumwerk, Syntax implemented Evalanche to build a sophisticated lead generation system. This included a multi-stage lead nurturing and scoring program triggered by a download centre, which automated the process of qualifying leads and transferring them to Salesforce. As a result, Evalanche directly generates 50 percent of Syntax's new customer business, demonstrating a significant and measurable impact on its sales pipeline.
