MR Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH, a global leader in high-voltage technology, faced a challenge when the COVID-19 pandemic halted in-person sales meetings. To digitally generate and qualify new leads for its TESSA® FLEETSCAN 2D service, the company partnered with vendor Evalanche and its Gold partner agency, Federkiel & Friends, to launch its first marketing automation campaign.
Evalanche's solution was a scalable, multi-stage automated campaign that used the Evalanche Campaign Designer to nurture leads with targeted content like case studies and webinars. The campaign included activity-based scoring to identify sales-ready leads and a "fast lane" for hot prospects. The implementation provided MR with qualified leads, deeper customer insights, and valuable learnings, leading to plans for a second campaign in the DACH region.
