Dispatch, a Boston-based startup, provides software that helps coordinate communication between companies, customers, and field service providers. Eustace Consulting built an AppExchange package that connected Dispatch’s platform with Salesforce using best practices and a flexible approach that worked across different customer implementations. The project was completed in three months and enabled Dispatch to use Salesforce as an engine rather than the front end. The integration has helped close deals, including with Salesforce users, and revenue from those customers has covered Eustace Consulting’s fees many times over.
