WEDA, a manufacturer of specialized pool cleaning robots, faced significant challenges in managing its extensive supply chain of 60-70 subcontractors. Their manual, email-based processes made it difficult to track components and manage the complex technical data for their products. To address this, WEDA implemented Eurostep's ShareAspace Design to Manufacturing, a cloud-based service, to centralize all product and supplier information.
