After a thorough market review to improve data quality, governance, reporting and replace legacy systems, Saudi Re selected Eurobase and its synergy2 system to meet these requirements.

Eurobase implemented the synergy2 platform, collaborating with Saudi Re to redesign processes and migrate complex data from Oracle to SQL Server for a smooth, verified transition. The solution delivered integrated lifecycle functionality (underwriting, claims, reinsurance, retrocession and accounting), cut processing times by more than half at each stage, improved report generation and MIS control, strengthened underwriting workflows and cash flow, and produced measurable operational efficiencies and better data governance.
