Mohawk Medbuy Connects With 300 Healthcare Agencies for Complex Sourcing Projects

Mohawk Medbuy, which serves 120 hospital members and over 300 additional healthcare organizations in Ontario and the Maritimes, struggled with a largely manual procurement process: paper-based tenders, costly distribution of documents to many evaluators, and limited technology for multi-stakeholder evaluations. To modernize procurement and reduce administrative burden they adopted Euna Solutions’ eProcurement platform, Euna Procurement.

Euna Solutions implemented Euna Procurement to enable digital document distribution, assign users to evaluation buckets, provide side-by-side scoring via Questionnaires, and deliver robust reporting for project management. The platform boosted evaluator adoption, kept projects on schedule, and eliminated manual calculations and lost paperwork — notably allowing Mohawk Medbuy to complete 100% of scoring within the tool for a complex provincial radiopharmaceuticals project with about 90 committee members (≈50 evaluators).
