Lawrence Utilities, the municipally owned water and sewer utility serving 14,000 customers in Lawrence, Indiana, struggled with heavy foot traffic at payment centers, limited in-person access for residents during business hours, and waves of inbound calls. To expand access and reduce staff workload, Lawrence engaged Euna Solutions to deploy Euna Payments self-service kiosks and Revenue Management tools.
Euna Solutions installed 24/7 Euna Payments kiosks and a Revenue Management dashboard, assumed PCI scope, and streamlined bill processing for staff. The result: 40% of kiosk payments are now made outside business hours, 100% of cash-paying customers use the kiosks, transactions average 30–40 seconds, and reconciliation/reporting has been significantly sped up, reducing lines and call volume.
