Las Vegas Valley Water District Supports Evolving Customer Needs With Self-Service Kiosks

Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD), a not-for-profit utility serving more than 1.5 million people, needed better in-person payment options after relying on limited payment-center hours or fee-based third-party vendors and an unreliable, insecure kiosk system. LVVWD partnered with Euna Solutions to deploy Euna Payments kiosks and the Revenue Management backend to modernize its customer payment experience.

Euna Solutions implemented four user-friendly self-service kiosks (two indoor, two outdoor) with 24/7 access and integrated Euna Payments’ Revenue Management for unified reporting and reconciliation. The solution freed staff to handle complex tasks, removed the need for annual PCI training, and produced measurable results: about 1,500 average monthly transactions, 84% repeat kiosk users, and roughly $180,000 in annual savings.
