Euna Solutions installed multiple branded kiosks (through-wall, indoor, and at a bus transfer station) integrated with CU’s Revenue Management system, enabling 24/7 cash, card, and check payments. The kiosks drove measurable impact: 100% of walk-in customers now use the kiosks, average transaction time is 51 seconds, 59% of kiosk users pay in cash, and 40% of payments occur outside business hours—while improving security, real-time posting, and staff capacity.
