City of Austin Increases Payment Transactions and User Experience

The City of Austin, TX sought to modernize an inconsistent, outdated online payments environment across more than 50 departments to deliver a unified, accessible customer experience and automate bank reconciliation and cash receipt processes. To achieve this, the city selected Euna Solutions and its cloud-based, API-driven payment platform (branded as Euna Payments) to integrate online payments into source systems that previously lacked native payment capabilities.

Euna Solutions implemented a centralized, responsive payments platform that integrates with multiple agency systems, posts payment data directly to the General Ledger, and provides powerful reporting and reconciliation tools. The solution now supports 12 city agencies, processes about 15,000 transactions per month with 84% repeat-user share, and delivers 24/7 desktop and mobile access; it has streamlined reconciliation, saved staff hours, accelerated revenue realization, and created a consistent, improved user experience.
