Melia, the Spanish hotel group with 377 hotels and 23 million customers, needed to grow digital sales from 25% to 40% and raise revenue from loyal customers from 30% to 50%. To do this they engaged Eulerian Technologies and its Eulerian DMP to unify customer data and enable precise, cross‑device targeting.
Eulerian Technologies integrated the DMP to merge AD‑centric, site‑centric, CRM and third‑party data into a unique user view, set up cookie‑matching and s2s real‑time activation to partners, and helped Melia build 15 audiences with 97 segments and personalized one‑to‑one banners. The program doubled reach (200M sends), produced an incremental €20M in revenue (x3 efficiency), and delivered cross‑device campaign measurement and improved attribution.
