PhotoBox, the European leader in personalized photo products, needed to better identify and activate audiences to deliver customized, contextualized media while controlling message repetition. Their challenges included leveraging all user-brand interactions for media, integrating 2nd‑party data (maternity/early childhood CRM), contextualizing campaigns across the conversion funnel, and reducing churn and conversion delays. To address this they partnered with Eulerian Technologies and used Eulerian Technologies’ Data Management Platform (DMP).
Eulerian Technologies’ DMP collected real‑time ad, site and CRM data, centralized 2nd‑party data, created 12 audience segments, and cookie‑matched segments to Tradelab for programmatic activation, enabling tailored display campaigns and cross‑device attribution. The program produced 12 segments and scenarios and delivered strong results: +60% performance on media purchases using 2nd‑party data (vs. no data), +55% global performance on DNO prospects (vs. engaged retargeting), a 300% lift on the target audience (vs. no data), and shortened conversion delays — with Eulerian Technologies also supporting real‑time optimization and measurement.
