A Euclid Technology Case Study
The California Medical Association faced a complex dues and billing challenge: 39 component societies each generated invoices for themselves, CMA, and the AMA, creating redundant data, manual cross‑checking, and inefficient workflows. After evaluating 30 proposals, CMA selected Euclid Technology and its ClearVantage association management software to address the organization’s intricate billing and membership needs.
Euclid Technology implemented ClearVantage with a batch dues transmittal process, automated error‑checking and unique member IDs, and ClearVantage Web/CLAS for centralized, real‑time chapter access. As a result, CMA increased billing efficiency, eliminated double‑entry and manual validation, and improved members’ online experience while giving staff and chapter leaders clearer, faster access to accurate data.
