Joann Fabric and Craft Stores, a national omni-channel retailer with over 850 stores, needed better visibility into in‑store shopper behavior to measure and improve marketing effectiveness. To fill that gap, Joann partnered with Euclid Analytics to collect in‑store behavioral data and acquire high‑intent shopper profiles for use in personalized and offline-aware marketing.
Euclid Analytics implemented in‑store profile collection and behavioral tracking (time in store, stores visited, and campaign attribution) and enabled Facebook lookalike and targeted campaigns. Campaigns built from Euclid profiles produced a 2–6x lift in store visits, Joann is on track to double known customer profiles within the first year, and 75% of collected email addresses were net new—demonstrating clear, measurable lift from Euclid Analytics’ solution.
