Service America, a Florida-based home and commercial service contractor, struggled with an outdated ERP-driven parts process that relied on internal SKUs and manual data entry. Technicians frequently miscoded or missed parts, leaving truck inventory accuracy at only 35–40% (warehouses 73–75%), enabling theft and excess carrying costs.
