eTurns Inventory Replenishment App Helps Urgent Care Provider Comply with COVID-19 Requirements While Improving Net Profit

Florida Advanced Spine and Sports Trauma Centers (FASTMD), an urgent care network with four Florida locations, struggled with time-consuming, manual inventory counts across sites and needed a way to comply with COVID-19 PPE audit requirements while tracking procedure costs. FASTMD replaced a clunky scanner-based system by adopting eTurns’ TrackStock solution (the eTurns TrackStock App) to automate replenishment and reporting.

eTurns implemented its TrackStock App on FASTMD’s existing tablets to provide real-time inventory levels, item valuation, scheduled pull/usage reports and reorder alerts. As a result, eTurns helped FASTMD cut inventory-management time by about 30% (saving 10–12 man-hours per week), reduce PPE orders to meet COVID directives, enable inter-office transfers, and give the COO weekly and monthly cost reports that clarified net surgical profit.
