Empark, a leading mobility provider in Spain and Portugal, needed a better way to unify data from parking systems, EV charging infrastructure, and an integrated app as customer demand for digital services grew. With fragmented databases, high latency, and a data team that relied heavily on SQL, Empark turned to Etleap to modernize its ETL and data management approach.

Using Etleap’s low-latency pipelines, CDC capabilities, and SQL-based data modeling, Empark unified four source databases into a warehouse and built more than 80 data models for analysis and dashboards. The results included processing over 1 million rows of data per day, improving ETL staffing efficiency by 400% so one engineer could do the work of five, and enabling faster decision-making and real-time services like license-plate-based entry and automatic payment.
