PPM Services, the Swiss affiliate of Nogra Pharma Ltd., was running a Phase II acne study and needed a way to ensure consistent, high-quality primary endpoint assessment across sites. Working with Ethical GmbH and its eAdjudication platform, the company aimed to reduce disagreement between local and central evaluations of IGA scores while keeping the process efficient and manageable.

Ethical GmbH implemented an end-to-end workflow integrating IWRS, EDC, and eAdjudication quality control. Site photos were uploaded, anonymized, and centrally reviewed in a blinded manner, with the system automatically flagging discrepancies so sites could be retrained or closed if needed. The result was a highly automated, low-resource process designed to improve data quality and consistency, helping PPM Services generate more reliable clinical results.
