Eadjudication For Collecting Documentation From Several Vendors Systems

Multinational Sponsor Company, a EU-based sponsor running a Phase II infectious diseases study across 25 countries, 110 sites, and 375 participants, needed a user-friendly adjudication platform that could support access for all sites and work across multiple vendors’ systems. The project required collecting a mix of variable data, site source documents, central imaging, and eCOA data, while also handling document translation when site materials were not in English. Ethical GmbH provided its eAdjudication® solution to meet these needs.

Ethical GmbH coordinated integrations with the sponsor EDC, imaging vendor platform, and eCOA vendor system, while optimizing the eAdjudication® interface for adjudicators and enabling secure embedded access to imaging. Source documents were collected directly from sites through guided upload checklists, queries were managed in the platform, and translated documents could be uploaded through an integrated translator workflow. The result was a streamlined, user-friendly adjudication process with strong sponsor feedback praising Ethical GmbH’s training, demo, and overall execution.
