ETHERFAX Provides Insurance to Flood & Peterson’s Fax Communications

Flood & Peterson, a large insurance broker, faced the challenge of virtualizing its fax operations while avoiding the cost and reliability issues of maintaining its own telephony infrastructure and fax boards for its RightFax system. Working with reseller TransOptions Messaging Inc., System Administrator Michelle Hoffert sought a solution and was introduced to ETHERFAX.

ETHERFAX provided a cloud-based solution that integrated with the company's existing RightFax server. This eliminated the need for physical fax boards and telephony carriers, providing a more reliable and secure internet-based transport. The results were immediate, with faxes being successfully sent and received minutes after implementation. ETHERFAX also provided a built-in disaster recovery solution without any capital investment, allowing the IT team to focus on other projects and ensuring all critical fax transmissions would be delivered.
