With Esusu, Stoneweg US enabled positive rent reporting and financial support across its portfolio, helping residents build credit while also receiving assistance during periods of hardship. In 2022, Stoneweg US residents established 1,119 new credit scores, representing more than a 150% increase from the prior year, while over $55,000 in rent relief helped 38 households stay housed.
