Palman Electric, a growing electrical subcontractor, needed a better way to manage increasingly complex projects as its team and workload expanded. Its previous software, Procore, did not provide enough flexibility for internal collaboration, especially for tracking change orders, daily work reports, and man-hours. The company turned to eSUB to find a tool built for subcontractors and to improve project oversight.

eSUB helped Palman Electric roll out a paperless, mobile-friendly workflow for meetings, notes, reports, and change order tracking. The team gradually adopted the platform, with about 14 to 15 users now active, and Scott Palman said the change order log helped them capture potential costs that might otherwise be missed, “finding money” they did not know they were missing. The result was less paperwork, better visibility from anywhere, and a significant time saver for the team.
