Pacific Rim Mechanical is a leading Southern California mechanical contractor (founded 1987, ~600 employees) specializing in HVAC, plumbing and sheet metal fabrication with over 5,500 projects completed. The company faced inefficient, paper-based field processes—foremen filled out daily reports on paper or Excel and then had to manually store files—so leadership formed a technology committee to find a scalable digital solution.

After evaluating options, Pacific Rim selected eSUB’s mobile field data collection and project management platform and partnered with eSUB’s implementation team for a methodical rollout.
