Air New Zealand partnered with eStar to modernize its Airpoints loyalty store and make non-air reward redemption seamless for more than 3 million members. The airline needed a highly scalable eCommerce solution that could integrate with its loyalty ecosystem, restrict products by member attributes such as tier, age, and location, and better manage fulfilment across a supplier network of 3,500+ products.
