The airline needed a highly scalable eCommerce solution that could integrate with its loyalty ecosystem, restrict products by member attributes such as tier, age, and location, and better manage fulfilment across a supplier network of 3,500+ products.

eStar implemented a fully responsive eStar eCommerce platform, along with a new supplier portal and integrations with Air New Zealand and third-party systems.
