eStar implemented a phased solution including a fully responsive website, order management, payment integrations, and backend system connections. The new site delivered strong results for Bed Bath & Beyond, including a 103% increase in transaction volume, 28% higher average order value, 161% growth in total revenue, 30% more sessions, and a 57% lift in conversion rates, with the goal of 2–3% online sales reached within six months.
