Tucson Federal Credit Union (TFCU), a community credit union with 49,000+ members and eight locations, faced growing facilities-management challenges as requests were tracked by email and spreadsheets. They needed an affordable, easy-to-use ticketing system with mobile access and preventive maintenance scheduling so technicians could be in the field while staying coordinated and organized.
TFCU selected eSSETS for its web-based ticketing (SmartQ), personal work queues (ToDoQ), mobile iPhone access, dashboard reporting, and built-in PM notifications; the vendor handled setup, training and updates. The system improved PM scheduling and request visibility, saved multiple hours per week, streamlined assignments across locations, and delivered responsive support and regular enhancements — with plans to expand asset tracking further.
