The client was manually renumbering tens of thousands of auction inventory photos each month, a process that was extremely time-consuming and prone to human error, slowing down their entire auction preparation workflow.

To solve this, Essential Designs built a custom mobile application that automated the photo renumbering process using voice recognition. The solution allowed warehouse staff to assign lot numbers hands-free and automatically sequence and store photos, which were then synced to a management dashboard. This significantly reduced manual effort and human error for Able Auctions.
