Stripo, an online drag-and-drop and HTML email template editor, needed a better way to communicate with a growing multilingual customer base, improve onboarding, and understand why users were dropping off. Working with eSputnik, the company set out to build customer profiles, define lifecycle communication, and tailor messages to different user segments and languages.

eSputnik implemented multilingual workflows, triggered reactivation emails based on user behavior, and survey-driven campaigns to guide product development and add new integrations. The approach helped Stripo send transactional and lifecycle emails in users’ preferred languages, reactivate passive users, and inform roadmap decisions; Google Analytics showed email reactivated over 40% of passive users in a week, drove 10.66% of premium-plan conversions, and participated in a series of assisted conversions.
