Intelity, a premier hotel technology provider, needed a better way to manage a diverse fleet of Android tablets and iPads deployed across unique hotel environments. With devices from different manufacturers and the risk of software updates disrupting service, Intelity turned to Esper’s device management platform to simplify operations, improve consistency, and support a growing, heterogeneous device fleet.

Using Esper, Intelity implemented Blueprints to define device states, Drift Management to spot deviations, and Pipelines to test updates on a pilot group before broader rollout. This gave Intelity tighter control over updates, faster troubleshooting without bothering hotel staff, and more reliable device performance across properties, helping the team shift from reactive fixes to proactive management.
