Spire Health used Esper to support its remote patient monitoring service for chronic respiratory disease. Esper provided API-driven Android device management, seamless provisioning, telemetry, and custom automation for Spire Health’s wearable trackers and patient phones. With Esper’s cloud API and Device SDK, Spire was able to build workflows for serial-number access, troubleshooting, and connectivity recovery, scale to 3,500 devices in the field, and reduce patient setup and support friction while maintaining compliance and uptime.
