Parker’s Kitchen, one of the fastest growing convenience store chains in the U.S., wanted to launch a new self-service customer loyalty program that could improve the customer experience and go to market quickly. To support that goal, Parker’s Kitchen worked with Esper on a turnkey Android kiosk and device management solution, including help sourcing POS machines, printers, kiosks, barcode scanners, and real-time device analytics.
Esper partnered with a POS provider to deliver preloaded kiosks, terminals, scanners, printers, and touchscreen monitors using Esper Foundation for Android, enabling a fast, touchless rollout. The program launched in 10 weeks, with more than 260 devices deployed, increased self-service purchases, and reduced Parker’s Kitchen’s operating expenses by 60%.
