Iona-McGregor Fire District turned to ESO to address gaps in its ePCR workflow and reporting quality. The district also gained easier access to data for reporting and quality management, saving time on submission and reducing the burden on staff. While the case study does not give hard performance metrics, Iona-McGregor Fire District expected ESO to improve compliance, efficiency, and overall reporting accuracy.
