Mount Holyoke College, the historic women’s college in South Hadley, Mass., engaged ESM Solutions to upgrade and deploy ESM Purchase, the vendor’s eProcurement solution, to better manage spend, control costs and improve compliance across its $2,200‑student campus. The project aimed to streamline purchasing workflows and strengthen oversight of institutional spending.

ESM Solutions led the implementation—providing senior project management, detailed project planning, weekly meetings, training sessions, and a smooth handoff to support staff—which resulted in a “flawless” Go Live and a stable Enterprise production platform. As a result, Mount Holyoke now reports improved spend management, tighter cost control and better compliance, with the expected outcome of time and cost savings from more efficient procurement processes.
