ESM first eProcurement provider to connect with Ellucian on new technology platform

Ellucian launched the Ethos platform to help campuses modernize enterprise systems and needed procurement partners to connect eProcurement workflows and financial systems. ESM Solutions, a provider of spend-management and eProcurement, sourcing, contract and supplier management tools, stepped in to link its platform to Ellucian’s ecosystem.

ESM Solutions integrated its eProcurement and spend-management suite with Ellucian Ethos using real-time APIs, enabling seamless data flow to Banner, Colleague and other ERPs. The integration made ESM Solutions the first eProcurement provider on Ethos, delivering real-time updates, streamlined workflows and demonstrable adoption—most notably by the Higher Colleges of Technology—improving cross-system automation and visibility.
