Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, a Kansas-based wholesale power provider serving member distribution cooperatives, was looking for a better way to manage strategic planning and reporting after nearly two years of manual updates across PowerPoint and Excel. As a result, Sunflower reduced time spent on manual reporting, eliminated back-and-forth document edits, and shifted from a reactive to a more proactive organization focused on strategic decisions rather than process.
